Return Policy

If you change your mind of an order you have placed, please message us or contact us at hey@refeelcandle.com as soon as possible. Order could NOT be changed after your order is dispatched.

Incorrect Orders

We request any incorrect orders should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging within 5 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange.

To claim an eligible return, the returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for resale. We recommend that you return items via reliable courier so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. We DO NOT accept responsibility for item(s) lost or damaged in transit. Any possible import duties for shipping and returned item(s) shall be covered by you.

Returns must be informed to us in advance via messaging tools or E-mail, with the explanation for the return. Do not return without our prior acknowledgement.

Damaged Items

If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, please message us or E-mail us with photo evidence within 24hrs, our standard Returns Policy is 5 days.
